VACATION TIME
Well, finally come that time of year when I close the shop, take my familly and go far, far from urban city, crowd and technology to enjoy a well deserved peace.
This means I’ll be competely offline (no technology, remember) for next two weeks. When I come back I’ll answer all your questions (posted here, on mipdesignthemes or sent to mail).

Hi there, I just purchased this theme, and I’m getting the same error Stykman was having I think. I DO have template.css in a seperate directory, but that doesn’t seem to agree with wordpress.
Is there a directory I should move it to or should I rename it to something else?
Hi there, Love the template. however, I am getting an error message saying “style sheet is missing.” Sure enough, when I look in the folders they are nowhere to be found. Your advice?

I liked the look, and purchased your template. However, I am concerned about centering images that are the more usual rectangula (rather than extra wide) format. How can we accommodate differing heights and widths of images? Thanks, Terry
What would you suggest is the best way to indicate which of the main menu items is currently selected. Probably wouldn’t be a bad idea with the submenus, as well, but the Main menu is a must, for sure. Thanks, Terry

Great theme, and I’ve gotten it almost there however I’m having some logo issues:
When I edit and replace the logo.gif and logo2.gif files into the CSS > images folder, all is well when I preview on my computer. However when I upload (FTP), no logo shows on any page/subpage.
Any insight into what I am missing? I’m editing the PSD chop file, and then using “Save As”.

I’ve almost completed my content with your template. Thank you.
I have a couple of irritations though. I’ve provided a link to screenshots which I’ve cut and pasted into 1 image. These are (other than 1) screenshots of the original template files (I haven’t altered anything). You’ll see the altered image which is mine (as the menu bar has different headings).
I’ve circled what the issues are – firstly, you will notice a line running vertically down the menu buttons to the left of the first letter of each highlighted menu heading. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this line? This only appears on IE (version I’m using is 8 ). This does not appear on other browsers – for my testing, it does not appear on chrome or safari, so it appears to be an IE issue.
The bottom of the screenshot shows the other issue. ie – The sub-menu buttons are not showing up properly all the time (again this screenshot is from your original files – I have done nothing to alter it). The buttons either appear 1/. with an extra line at the bottom of them (the left part of the screenshot), 2/. correct (where I have ticked), or 3/. with a line missing at the bottom of the image (where the read more text button is). Again this is with IE. It’s ok with chrome and safari.
So, the second question; Is there anything I can do to consistently show the image correctly?

Were exactly is the header.php file located? I downloaded the file again,, there is no header.php file in package.
I bought this template and have been really pleased with it. Using it here:
www.fairview-condo.com and here in a slightly modified form:
www.kitsilano-condo.com. I’d really like to get rid of the slider images dumping out down the page when upon loading for the first time. Is there something that can be done to prevent this?

Erm, yes, I agree with Pixel in some aspects…but hey, dude this layout is still pretty sick. It’s simple.
Simple is nice. It doesnt have to be complicated. Why do people have to put downers on designers?

I really need to have an out of the box solution that does not use other peoples players and servers. I need to have complete control over my own video without having other peoples ads running in my space.
If you cannot make this work like a true Self Hosted Video, I cannot buy. Sorry mate. Let me know. I like soooo many other people on this site are really wanting to have our own ability to have self hosted videos – we as customers are asking for this – all these templates offer the same old kind of technology. Why are the developers not listening unless it’s intentional.
This is a nice template, but I need for it to work out of the box with my own videos on my own server. Other developers, if you read this, we are the customers, we want this included in virtually Every new template created.
WE WILL BUY A LOT MORE OF YOUR PRODUCTS AND YOUR SALES WILL DRAMATICALLY IMPROVE .
