Orange - Full HTML

tabs, slider website template
Comments:
With IE8 I had to add this in the style sheet, otherwise Titles show in text: .title, .f-title { font-size:24px; }
Also, it was so important to order things this way in my html:
First:
<!- jQuery Javascript ->
Second:
<!- Cufon ->
Third:
<!- Global Style Sheet ->
good luck
Awesome! I just discoverd the “fx: { opacity: ‘toggle’” function in the script.js.
Works very nice, but if you click on the tab-boxbuttons very fast.. The whole lay-out is getting messed up! Anyway you can fix this?
And when the page loads, the tab-box images en orange buttons loads behind the text below for a couple of seconds and than switches to the normal state. Can we preload all CSS images and images on the HTML page at once?
Thanks in advance!

For anyone that is seeing the “Malicious Site Warning” when viewing the Live Preview, I apologize my site got hacked however I’ve since remedied the situation, removed the code and put in a request for review with Google to remove the Warning.
Again I apologize for any inconvenience.
Hey,
I always like some constructive criticism when developing so here’s mine. I work with designs and templates everyday (that it be with ThemeForest or our own designer) so I see a lot of different ideas and ways of doing things.
1.) You have the level with the blue block control the header to the block below it. Should have made the three column split graphic be on the 3rd level not the bottom of the second one.
2.) The last element in the navigation has a white line at the end, there should be a class that will dictate not having that separator.
3.) The class name “current_page_item” for the current navigation item is a bit long. Typically most other designers use “active”.
4.) The CSS is not compressed. Most are compressing them so each statement is on one line. .sampleClass{ element, element, element }
5.) I would like to have seen the DevineLight logos be cufon’ed or something similar. Having it rewrite the elements so we could just type the company name and it would do the work:
6.) I found another one, click on Contact. Look at the breadcrumb. It has a 1px addition only half way from the Home->Contact. It’s on the actual arrow between the two, looks like a line-height issue from setting it on the body tag.
I really like the template and am using it for Habitat For Humanity for Indiana County, Pennsylvania.
Overall though it’s very very nice and you did a great job!
Take care, Chad
UNUSUAL -HTML/CSS Beautiful Theme

xhtml html template, warm php
Discussion:
Looks very nice
I’m still unsure …
What about changing in category “my works” the black “sorrow” border around the work images?
A smooth shadow would enhance it like here:
=> “screenshots”
It’s an very nice work
Enlightenment Church Site Template

Some Comments:
Very nice style and theme, however the coding is sloppy with many bugs in the css and html. I had to spend hours fixing mistakes in the coding and making the theme look correct in multiple browsers before I could even begin tweaking for my site.
I’ve spent the last two weeks working with this template and converting to CMS Made Simple for a client.
Unfortunately, it is very fragile and small changes cause it to go out of whack in IE6 and even Firefox. I ended up fixing most of the problems, but it was a lot of work to do it.
This theme is based on the 960 grid, but instead of using the prefix class it uses float:right for the small menu and the sidebar, which breaks the grid.
I ended up converting it to HTML 5 /CSS3 and reworking it to simplify. For example, I use corner-radius and box-shadow properties on the sidebar elements. They don’t work in IE8 but the site still looks decent.
I ended up replacing her grid.css with the original 960.css and killing all the float:rights and adding the prefix classes to the actual elements.
I also put negative 10px margins on the .lightbox and .darkbox sections of the sidebar in order to get the actual content lined up in the 960 grid.
The slider graphic is still off, as far as the grid goes, but it looks pretty good anyway.
There is really a lot of clutter and remnant code in this template and stylesheets. I’m not done but I’ve cut out a lot of it to simplify things.
I’m in the process of converting the slider to a jQuery.

Yes, please fix this. I need buy this template.
Any chance of a Wordpress version coming? This would be perfect for a ministries website I have coming up.
Also, I notice a flicker when changing pages. I know it’s from the sitemap and contact loading and then closing. Can this be addressed?
