Are all the images / icons included?

Hi: I bought this template today and I am having some issues. I am flash video guy not so much html but know a bit of xml tags.

Could you please help me how I edit this template.

In photoshop do I have to create slices to change the logo, etc…? And do I export them to each individual color folders?

I just replaced the logo in all folders and in dreamweaver it shows but in browsers its cuts off. the size of logo is 300×150. Not sure how to increase the size of the logo “placeholder”?

Your help is greatly appreciated.
