Any updates to my issues yet? I have emailed you again and been waiting patiently. I really want to get my site updated and live but don’t want to work on a whole new set of content for this theme if I don’t end up using the theme. Please let me know if you can sort the issues. Cheers.

I love the layout I just extracted the zip file from TP and uploaded it on word press 3.0.1 in the themes section. I also received the same message:

Hello! Lovely theme and very easy to work with. Thank you very much for your work!! I have one question in regards to the images in the featured slider – is it possible to somehow grab a different section of the pictures?
I guess I’m not sure how to explain it, but if you look at my blog you’ll see I have 4 posts and out of the 4, 3 of them have odd samples of the images that were added in the posts. Even when I inserted a thumbnail size on the cow image it pulled just uhhh well, least attractive part of the cow to put in the slider. 
And for my daughter’s picture it pulled the electrical wires from the sky – top left corner of the picture….

Both the local and master values are on. I’m most confused by the main image as I haven’t edit any of the code around it, and it was working perfectly well until I reloaded the page a few days ago and it stopped working. Thanks for all your help so far. Ryan
You should have responded to the earlier questions regarding the PSD for this theme. I was just about to purchase it, when I noticed it wasn’t included. I, like others, have some modifications to make, and not getting the PSD means not getting a sale from this customer. Back to browsing I go.

Two questions that are probably easy to answer! Is there any way to reorganize the top menu without having to dive into the code.
Is there an easy way to create a page that does not need to load that would contain a static music player so that it could play while people browse me site? Currently if I use a “page” it forces the site to load that page, whereas I would love to just have the player on a page where it doesn’t force the site to reload.
I could probably gut the portfolio page to do this though right?
Can you change the menu items at the top of this theme? I don’t want a portfolio for example!
