Ooh not to worry- sorted it!

I need to update the html but can’t figure out which file i need to update. Does that make sense?

For example: I can open the page and with firebug I can remove the sidebar elements (popular, author, tags, topics and recent articles, comments) and move them to the bottom of the sidebar. I have the code how I want. I just don’t know which file to update in the template.

I know CSS and HTML …this wordpress stuff is still a bit new but I almost got it.

You can see the site here. I am wanting to move the video player up below the ad space.

This is a great theme, perfect for one of my clients, Girls Rock NC. It’s a camp that teaches girls how to rock. The camp rocks and so does this theme.

I’m having one issue with images. The upload fine, no problems there. Once I’m in the individual post, I can click on the image in the post. Instead of opening the image in a browser window, it does this preliminary thing where it pumps over. Then I click a second time and it opens larger. I tried using Lightbox Plus and it worked once but then did the same thing on the other images.

Do you have any idea what I am doing wrong? I’m knew to WP and know just enough to get myself in trouble.

I am using this theme and it’s great. The only problem – and it’s a major one – is that the images in my slider are super zoomed in and are pixelated. I’ve uploaded images that are 500×350. Can you help?

My client purchased your template and hired me to customize.

Here it is:

I wanted to show “related posts” but don’t know how. I went to “Appearance -> Theme Options” page and selected “Show related posts below post”. But there’s no related post shown.

Do I need any plugin? And how do I set any post to relate to other posts?

Switching from HTML to VISUAL editor removes “

I’m not sure what else it removes, but this is ruining any progress I’m making in the content implementation of the site.

Anyone managed to get the prettyphoto working?

I add an image using the format provided in the manual (below) but I can’t get it to work.

Anyone else had the same problem.

This is the exact error I get: Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_theme_support() in /home/jasonv/public_html/leadup.biz/wp-content/themes/nextelement/functions.php on line 59

This happens when I try to upload through FTP and through the Wordpress Admin via .zip file.

I have done this a hundred times and feel that the theme may just be broken.

I’m loving the template so far…but I’m wondering if something else can be modified. I want to be able to add medium or large sized photos in the body of the post once you click “read more” but it defaults to thumbnails. Is there any way to change that?

there isn’t a standard size. the deadline sample is 255×68 but you can upload something larger and the theme will adjust.

I didn’t like the default padding settings and trimmed them in the css file.

Hi, really lovely theme.

Few questions:

1) How do I change the footer text where it says ‘powered by Wordpress | Design by Awesem’?

2) How do I change the header banner so its one big image like 1000×150 for example?

3) How do I change the custom video widget so it shows the latest video from a particular category? For example, it could read latest entries from a ‘video’ category?
