I need to set categories as blog by default instead of gallery, for specific purposes. How can I do that? many thanks bakyol

Hello. I haven’t seen this explicitly answered so I better ask… does your them support the new menu options in WordPress 3.0? I’d like to move away from the intrinsic menu setup into the new WP 3 .0 menu system.

I cant get the footer to load? I have followed the documentation and still no footer?

Also, I imported the sample data but the images dont show in the features home slider.

I bought and used this theme for a junior rugby football team.

They were so pleased that they referred it, and me, to another sporting group, and it looks like they in turn have referred someone else.

I’d just like to say that I am not a designer, or professional web builder, but a writer.

I use WP because many of the people that I work for are amateurs and volunteers, and wordpress is easy for them to update, so cutting costs.

The reason that I am taking the time to write this is to say thanks for not assuming that everyone is an expert in design or programming.

This attitude has prompted me to purchase twice, and when the third party commits I’ll be back again.

Thanks for your great work, and for a theme that is easy, even for me, to work with!

I’ve never been able to figure out how to get the center image to show up in the slider, can you help?

Hi. I’ve read through the Readme file, but I can’t figure out two issues:

1. I do not see any text on the Home page. I have created the page with the home page content, then selected that page in the theme options – but no text is showing up.

2. I’ve adjust the speed in the jcaousellite.js (changed to speed: 100000) and it is just as fast as it was before I updated it.

Please help!

I had the same issue with the footer widgets. However, I’ve already done quite a bit of customizing to the theme, and don’t want to have to re-do it all.

Can you let me know what specific files/changes you made to fix the bug with the footer widgets?

I have a quick request and I might even pay something to have you create this. The “Default Homepage” custom template is great but has no sidebar.

Can you supply that, or give easy instructions on how to create a variation of the Default Homepage template?

Have you considered creating cache pages so that it loads the pages as static html? This could help you alot.

I use “hyper cache” plugin for all my sites and it helps ALOT .

Hello Nefii, wonderful theme, one of the best ever seen and good control panels/documentation I have a strange issue with contact’ settings. 1) Firstly I tried to insert address for Google map, it worked well for two days and after map desappeared. Now I tried with coordinates, but nothing, of course settings are ok for widget, contact page and home page contact us, but in noone now it’s working, any idea? 2) Instead “Additional text” that works perfectly in widget, doesn’t works in home page Contact, I suppose that must appear below phone number, but it doesn’t, it’s my supposition wrong? 3) How to use that nice “Mail us” icon that appear in contact’s demo home page? 4) At the end, there is some possibility to add a file .mo to translate View, for multilanguage sites? I know you aren’t obligated to provide support, but I’m finding it really frustrating having to wait for days for a response to questions.

Has anybody else experienced problems with the widgets? The theme seems to have custom widget ‘placeholders’ that you have to drag widgets into, but if I use (for example) the random text widget, I lose all formatting.

The notes also say nothing about customising the slider…

Any help would be appreciated.
