is there a possibility to create a “blog”-link in the top navigation where i can the a classical blog, so all posts under each other?

1. hey.. how can i order my featured post. the newest created post is the first image (left) on startpage… but i cannot reorder them. i already tried to edit the oldest one, but is till is on the very right…?!
2. is there any option to disable the tooltip on the thumbnails and to disable the link on thumbnail and big picture? i just like to have the images and not a post behind them.

How can I change the main menu to reflect my ‘menu’ settings in wordpress. I want to customize which pages/categories are shown in the main menu at the top.
