I love the theme and am excited to use it for my website. However I am having issues with the featured section.

Currently I have 3 articles.

2 are sticked and the third is tagged as “featured’ but is not stickied.

It will not show up in featured though.

I have tried making additional test posts (though i had to delete them for now). To see if I needed more posts. But it did not work.

For now – I gave that section a left margin of -9999px but it wont seem to eliminate the space (also gave it a height of 0px)... I have been trying to find the php to remove it from the files but I cant seem to find it anywhere! Can you help with this?

I purchased your theme, it is very good. But when I insert music to play and download, play all but some do not allow you to download, I believe it’s because the title of the songs have accents. How do I allow you to download the same title with accent? Another question is in regards to Internet Explorer, only it does not appear in the photo gallery, Mozilla and Google Chrome does. In IE also have the same problems regarding the downloading of music. Help me please?

I don’t know what I did to get on your bad side, but I sense some attitude. Perhaps I’m wrong and this isn’t reading well through e-mail. In that case, I apologize. I am simply a customer who bought your product because I thought it was awesome.

I feel somewhat let down by the support aspect. I’m a techie. I used to be a flash & perl developer and I’m used to figuring out problems on my own, but in this case I cannot.

Yes, I have been through the help/support files. Yes, I’ve been through the process of how to add images. What I am stating is that there is a problem with this. When I add the images, the images are broken. When I right click on the broken image the URL that appears is incorrect.

If you have a problem with my site’s content, then I see that as a separate issue. I am not asking your to support the content, but to support YOUR PRODUCT which I paid $27. If you do not want to offer support then I would like my money refunded. That’s only fair.

If you do not support adult content, then you should state that upfront. To simply e-mail, “We do not support adult content” doesn’t help anyone. It’s after the fact. I already bought your product.

I am asking for you to please have a look at the problem I am having.

If the issue is that the problem I’m having requires paid support then please state that.

Followup… hmm by toggling the radio butons of “Show categories BEFORE or AFTER the pages in the main navigation?” then saving… this seems to have fixed the issue. But must be a bug of some sort?

I’m trying to create a portfolio page so that when i click on one of the images it launches the PrettyPhoto plugin and then i can view multiple images – just like in your example.

However, i can only add one image under the ‘Portfolio’ section in wordpress. I know i’m missing something simple here… can you please help?

Also, it doesn’t seem to auto create thumbnails. Do the image have to be of a specific size/type?

No, I found that plugins in the “plugins” directory of Perception theme and thought, that it should be installed into WP’s plugins directory. Probably my mistake Everything works fine.

A couple of questions—

Is there an easy way to control how the links display in the sidebar widgets? I mean in terms of the order. I see there’s a plugin that does it, but it didn’t seem to work with my version of WP (3.0). Is there another way to do this?

Also can someone tell me how to format the newsletter subscribe box for the home sidebar? Everytime I try to cut and paste it, it’s shifted a bit.
