1) Is there a way to remove the ‘link-ing’ to the posts on the home page slider? In other words, I’d like the slider to simply be an image scroller, I don’t want it to link to the posts that contain the image.

Hi, if I add any javascript to the header or footer area, the ajax stops working and the nav links load the actual pages (e.g., instead. I’ve tried adding my javascript snippet above and below the jquery and just before the closing body tag; I’ve even tried using a plugin to inject it. Any suggestions on how I can work around this? If you would like to know about the snippet of which I’m pasting in to the code here is an example, it’s for setster.com:

I was also wondering what file I would access to edit the white box of the main page template – is there a way I can add a drop shadow to it? Or give the top right corner a beveled edge?

Great theme, simply beautiful, just converted to wp after seeing this theme (I’m not a programmer, just someone who loved the aesthetics of the theme).

But, facing a problem here. It seems that 5 can’t see the images on slideshow and I’ve a 404 error when trying do “read more” on a portfolio garllery. I checked the cache folder and timthumb permissions, they were not set to 777, changed it but it is still not working. Bluehost does support GD library, but I still can’t get this to work. Anyone a little hand on that. The website is thank you!

So it seems Safari “Smart Quote” substitutions were the culprit, disabled that and its seeming OK… Thanks for the help now I can get busy writing copy again

Hey I just purchased this theme. I have everything set up okay so far, except for the home page. I’m a little confused on exactly how to set it up.

Right now the home page looks like this

I can’t seem to figure out how to put everything on it. I’m probably just missing something super simple lol but any help would be great.
